It can be integrated with an existing system or implemented as a new installation. It can coexist with or replace bar code, magnetic stripe and proximity card systems. The Identity Zip transponder is mounted on the inside of a vehicle’s windshield. As the vehicle approaches an entrance or exit, an antenna reads the transponder and, if the programmed identification number is authorized, the gate is opened.
